North Peak Darkangel is robust and dry with a finishing touch of tart cherry. The roast barley quickly gives way to the subtle chocolate malt and rich Crystal 30. Chinook and Centennial hops put forth a sharp clean bitterness that is followed by a medium malt body balanced with Challenger hops, ending with a smooth dry, tart finish and strong Galena nose. It is brewed in Traverse City, MI, on Old Mission Peninsula incorporating locally grown hops.
A beautifully well rounded Imperial Robust style porter, brewed with imported, organic, sweet Ugandan Vanilla Beans, cold pressed organic Peruvian Espresso/Coffee and organic raw cane sugar.
Like a big, chewy, vanilla coffee-infused brownie, Roebling Porter brings tons of chocolate and a docile acidity. Notes of nougat, toasted almond and dates provide complexity while the finish contributes vanilla, honey and even more chocolate!
Brimming with dark roasted malt, Stovepipe Porter is a well-hopped ale with a rich palate, deep color and a slightly herbal aroma. Delicious on its own, this traditional style also complements any hearty meal.
Certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers, and features wheat and oats grown locally in Addison County, Vermont
This hearty, mahogany colored ale is brewed to evoke the dark, full-bodied ales that were a favorite of dockworkers and warehousemen (hence the name “Porter”) in 19th century London. It is a good bet that when Dickens’ Mr. Pickwick sat down for a pint, we would have been drinking an ale much like our Robust Porter. This is a smooth and very drinkable beer, characterized by its well-balanced malt and hops, plus subtle notes of coffee and chocolate.
A robust porter, dark brown in color and full bodied with a malty sweet taste. Deep roasted, yet silky smooth! Two types of roasted malts, including deep-roasted chocolate malt give this porter a rich, chocolaty taste.
