The taste is very fruity like the aroma, lots of dark sugary fruit, figs, grapes, blackberries. There is a hint of a malty support but the flavours are dominated by an almost acidic black current fruitiness. If you like big dark Belgian ales with tons of dark fruit character, you will love this.
