 This Cranberry Cider won two awards (First Place in Category and Reserve Champion) for the brewmaster while he was still homebrewing.  During fermentation, the cranberries lose some of their puckering tartness to reveal the subtle flavors and sweetness of the fruits, culminating in a refreshing, easy drinking cider.
